Russian troops take into their ranks anyone they manage to catch. For example, a captive Russian occupier lost sight in one eye due to an accident as a child. But that didn't help him avoid the forced mobilization. In general, the so-called Russian ‘warriors’ did not even pass a medical commission, because Russia does not care whom they throw into the war against Ukraine. When their regiment was destroyed by Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbas, the Russian occupiers made the right decision: they laid down their arms and surrendered.
